What you will do

• Manage and optimize AI voice caller agents and their call flows.
• Create, launch, and monitor outbound AI calling campaigns.
• Develop and maintain automation workflows using n8n and ElevenLabs.
• Monitor AI call performance and improve conversation quality and outcomes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues within the voice agent infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the team to refine automation and calling strategies.

Requirements

• Experience with AI voice agents or voice automation platforms.
• Proficiency with n8n or similar workflow automation tools.
• Hands-on experience with ElevenLabs or AI voice technologies.
• Basic software development or automation knowledge.
• Understanding of sales processes and outbound calling campaigns.
• Strong communication skills with a clear UK English accent and ability to work UK Time (Monday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

Nice to have
