What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing expectations and maintaining high retention rates.
- Monitor VA productivity and quality of deliverables, conducting regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and training alignment for new Virtual Assistants.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling within existing client portfolios.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to handle replacements or additional hiring needs.
- Track and resolve client concerns proactively to prevent escalation.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, account support, or operations.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Availability during EST business hours.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and various project management tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
