VoIP Technical Support Specialist (VoIP): Providing technical support and configuration for clients using VoIP systems with an accent on FusionPBX, VitalPBX, and OpenSIPS. Focus on troubleshooting call quality, SIP registration, and network-related issues like NAT and firewalls.

Location: Remote

What you will do

Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat for VoIP-related inquiries.
Troubleshoot VoIP issues including call quality, SIP registration, routing, and connectivity.
Configure and maintain PBX systems such as FusionPBX and VitalPBX.
Support and manage OpenSIPS configurations and routing.
Assist customers with system setup, extensions, trunks, DID numbers, and call flows.
Diagnose network-related issues involving NAT, firewalls, ports, and QoS.

Requirements

Proven experience in the VoIP industry.
Hands-on experience with FusionPBX, VitalPBX, and OpenSIPS.
Strong understanding of SIP protocol, VoIP routing, call flows, and PBX systems.
Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, NAT, firewalls).
Experience troubleshooting call quality issues such as latency, jitter, and packet loss.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
