What you will do

• Drive chauffeur engagement and surface feedback to internal teams to improve processes and product features.
• Lead communication campaigns via in-app messages and newsletters to keep chauffeurs informed and engaged.
• Analyze performance data and feedback to identify trends and implement experience-enhancing initiatives.
• Design and manage monetary and non-monetary incentive programs to drive motivation.
• Operationally lead chauffeur participation at high-profile events.
• Track engagement metrics and build proposals to improve overall operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Passion for exceptional customer service, ideally from hospitality or customer-facing environments.
• Data-driven and methodical approach to project management and data interpretation.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively without compromising accuracy or quality.
• Proficiency with SQL, Google Suite, Notion, and Intercom.
• Ability to work 5 days a week at the Paris Academy.
