What you will do

• Lead GTM strategies for App performance marketing solutions and drive their adoption across the EMEA region.
• Partner with Product Management and Sales teams to launch advertising products and monitor performance.
• Develop product positioning, narratives, internal communications, and marketing activation strategies.
• Extract key themes from marketers and advertisers to inform the product roadmap using an analytical mindset.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on GTM planning and track success metrics.
• Educate internal and external stakeholders on performance solutions for advertisers.

Requirements

• Significant experience in product marketing, product strategy, or digital performance marketing.
• Proven experience in App marketing.
• Deep knowledge of the App performance digital ads landscape (Gaming, Retail, Tech, or Finance).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and public speaking skills.
• Must be based in London and able to work from the office 4+ days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in product management or strategy at a technology or advertising technology company.
• Proven track record in launching products and driving global adoption.
• Proficiency with data analytics tools such as Looker and Excel.
• Experience with Social media ads manager platforms and digital advertising measurement tools.
