What you will do
- Own the end-to-end retention offer strategy, from ideation to financial modeling and execution.
- Translate strategic priorities into clear, deliverable project plans that meet business targets.
- Produce and present compelling performance narratives and insights to senior leadership up to MD level.
- Launch and optimize Mobile Retention campaigns using a test-and-learn approach.
- Lead stakeholder engagement to align teams on priorities, risks, and desired commercial outcomes.
- Develop robust financial business cases for new retention initiatives to secure executive sign-off.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and structured thinking with the ability to interpret complex performance insights.
- Proven ability to produce business cases, model tariff sets, and handle complex pricing initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and solid understanding of commercial metrics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying data for senior stakeholders.
- Experience in stakeholder management and driving cross-functional alignment.
- Action-oriented mindset with a restless desire to optimize performance and challenge the status quo.
