What you will do

• Own the end-to-end retention offer strategy, from ideation to financial modeling and execution.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear, deliverable project plans that meet business targets.
• Produce and present compelling performance narratives and insights to senior leadership up to MD level.
• Launch and optimize Mobile Retention campaigns using a test-and-learn approach.
• Lead stakeholder engagement to align teams on priorities, risks, and desired commercial outcomes.
• Develop robust financial business cases for new retention initiatives to secure executive sign-off.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and structured thinking with the ability to interpret complex performance insights.
• Proven ability to produce business cases, model tariff sets, and handle complex pricing initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and solid understanding of commercial metrics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying data for senior stakeholders.
• Experience in stakeholder management and driving cross-functional alignment.
• Action-oriented mindset with a restless desire to optimize performance and challenge the status quo.
