What you will do
- Manage office supplies and IT equipment, including implementing established IT procedures.
- Maintain a professional office environment, including day-to-day health and safety and workstation assessments.
- Coordinate office visits, greet visitors, and handle telephone communications.
- Arrange domestic and international shipments, travel, and logistics for off-site meetings.
- Organise internal social events and external client meetings or scientific congresses.
- Support recruitment logistics, including interview coordination and welcoming candidates.
Requirements
- Must have the right to work in Singapore independently (no Employment Pass sponsorship available).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and communicate workload effectively.
- Proficiency in written English and arithmetic.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook.
- High level of proactivity and a positive 'can-do' attitude.
- Attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information.

- Previous experience as an Office Administrator or in a related role.
