TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Medtech): Managing strategic accounts and DSO partnerships in Italy to drive adoption of 3D scanning and CAD/CAM solutions with an accent on implementation and onboarding. Focus on leading Proof-of-Concept projects and optimizing clinical workflows for dental professionals.

Location: Hybrid (Lombardy, Italy); must be able to travel along the Italian Territory

What you will do

  • Manage relationships with Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) and Reseller Partners in Italy from initial interest through implementation.
  • Lead Proof-of-Concept (PoC) projects, including setting success metrics and coordinating stakeholders.
  • Execute detailed implementation plans, overseeing installation, training, and support activities.
  • Drive user adoption and growth of hirify.global hardware and software solutions within strategic accounts.
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers to build market presence and articulate regional account strategies.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Italy to support territory travel.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the dental industry (manufacturer or dealer).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management for large, complex initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of dental clinical workflows.
  • Effective structured communication and professional presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with intraoral digital impression or lab scanners and software.
  • General IT knowledge and technical experience.
  • Experience working within global organizations or with partner/reseller networks.
