Location: Hybrid (Lombardy, Italy); must be able to travel along the Italian Territory

What you will do
- Manage relationships with Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) and Reseller Partners in Italy from initial interest through implementation.
- Lead Proof-of-Concept (PoC) projects, including setting success metrics and coordinating stakeholders.
- Execute detailed implementation plans, overseeing installation, training, and support activities.
- Drive user adoption and growth of hardware and software solutions within strategic accounts.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers to build market presence and articulate regional account strategies.
Requirements
- Must be based in Italy to support territory travel.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the dental industry (manufacturer or dealer).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project management for large, complex initiatives.
- Strong understanding of dental clinical workflows.
- Effective structured communication and professional presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with intraoral digital impression or lab scanners and software.
- General IT knowledge and technical experience.
- Experience working within global organizations or with partner/reseller networks.
