What you will do

• Create and format PowerPoint slide decks and production documents for online educational content.
• Generate tables, figures, and coordinate with graphics editors for complex illustrations.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure consistency with product standards and AMA style guidelines.
• Manage the hand-off of material to web producers and oversee the staging review process.
• Handle translation project responsibilities, including vendor submission and document finalization.
• Manage image databases and obtain necessary copyright permissions for republishing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in English or a medical/science field.
• 1 to 2 years of editorial experience, ideally in medical communications or pharmaceutical agencies.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (masters, animations) and Microsoft Word.
• Strong familiarity with AMA style and editorial processes.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
