What you will do

• Own the content production pipeline from source to final PDF and print deliverables.
• Identify formatting and structural issues in final outputs and trace them to the root cause across InDesign, RegLogic, and XML.
• Prioritize source-level fixes over downstream workarounds to maintain system integrity.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve underlying system issues with clear documentation.
• Manage multiple production schedules, versions, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ensure content standards are followed and outputs remain consistent across all publications.

Requirements

• Must be based in Rock Island, Illinois (On-site)
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to trace issues across complex systems.
• Proficiency with structured or semi-structured content such as HTML and XML.
• Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, specifically styles and document flow.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage large-scale repetitive content environments.
• Ownership mindset and accountability for final output quality.
