What you will do

• Provide technical expertise in the installation, troubleshooting, deployment, and configuration of routers and wireless network equipment.
• Act as first-line support for global enterprise customers via voice calls, emails, and tickets.
• Take full ownership of incident resolution for network support matters in accordance with SLAs.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for implemented networks.
• Manage technical testing and provide virtual global support using various messaging applications.
• Collaborate with international network support engineers across different time zones to resolve malfunctions.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of IP networking fundamentals and routing protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills regarding basic network connectivity and hardware issues.
• Professional proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Must be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Willingness to work a 40-hour week, which may include Saturdays and Sundays.

Nice to have

• Cisco or Juniper certifications.
• Knowledge of Peplink and HP Aruba switching.
• Experience with WiFi products, such as Extreme or similar brands.
