What you will do

• Design and implement core backend services and data pipelines for B2B products.
• Develop and improve system architecture and document technical decisions for successful deployment.
• Ensure high performance, cost efficiency, and appropriate test coverage using unit and integration testing.
• Maintain production reliability through alerting, dashboards, and runbooks.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver new features within a CI/CD and DevOps culture.
• Debug and investigate complex production issues and conduct detailed investigations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional backend development in an enterprise environment using Java.
• Deep expertise in Java Concurrency and high-load system scalability.
• Strong understanding of SOA, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
• Practical experience with AWS cloud development principles.
• Proficiency with Kafka, MongoDB, Redis, Spring, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Nice to have

• Knowledge and practical experience with Kotlin.
• Experience with Netty, gRPC, Project Reactor, or NATS.
• Strong grip on unit testing and automated testing paradigms.
