What you will do

  • Support customers using hirify.global Investing and hirify.global Savings products.
  • Respond to chats, emails, and phone calls with speed and clarity.
  • Guide new users through the onboarding process to ensure a confident start.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the wider team to improve the product.
  • Collaborate across teams to resolve issues efficiently and assist with translations.
  • Maintain and contribute to the team’s internal knowledge base.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing or support role.
  • Strong interest in financial markets and investing.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability for a full-time role (40 hours/week).
