What you will do

• Prepare tax reclaims for individuals, legal entities, and portfolios in Switzerland and internationally.
• Manage the full application lifecycle, including dispatch, fee charging, and payment tracking.
• Act as the primary point of contact for tax reclaim inquiries.
• Maintain regular communication with tax authorities.
• Contribute to cross-divisional projects and process optimization within the bank.

Requirements

• Completed commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent training.
• 2+ years of experience in finance, securities processing, or taxation.
• Strong communication skills in both German and English.
• High level of reliability and strong quality awareness.
• Ability to work independently and organize tasks effectively.
