What you will do

• Lead group accounting and consolidation processes across multiple jurisdictions following German GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Drive the migration of group consolidation from LucaNet to NetSuite, including the implementation of Multi-Book and OneWorld.
• Design and optimize scalable accounting systems, process mappings, and the chart of accounts.
• Produce consolidated financial statements, technical accounting analyses, and comprehensive financial reports.
• Collaborate with local Senior Accountants to support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Utilize data and analytics to identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and maintain robust financial controls.

Requirements

• 7+ years of proven experience leading accounting projects, ideally within tech companies or startups.
• Expert knowledge of German GAAP and a solid understanding of German tax requirements.
• Proficiency in NetSuite and basic knowledge of LucaNet for consolidation and migration.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and German.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail for guiding complex financial initiatives.
