Junior Software Engineer (Java)

What you will do

• Implement new application functionalities in collaboration with the Tech Lead and Product Team.
• Maintain code quality through regular refactoring and alignment with industry best practices.
• Perform integration, regression, and acceptance testing to ensure system stability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for application development.
• Provide production support to resolve technical issues and errors.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in software engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Boot 3+.
• English: Good verbal and written communication skills required.
• Location: Availability to work from Poland, Latam, Moldova, or Romania.

Nice to have

• Experience with NoSQL databases, specifically Cassandra.
• Knowledge of Redis and basic Docker.
• Frontend development experience, preferably with Angular.
• Knowledge of serverless, event-driven architectures, Azure managed services, React, or IoT.
