What you will do

• Manage and scale global relationships with lending companies in the non-bank lending sector.
• Lead complex negotiations and manage contractual processes to grow long-term value.
• Build and maintain strong C-level relationships with key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal Partnerships, Legal, Finance, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Identify new business opportunities and structure proposals that enable scalable growth.
• Effectively communicate the company value proposition to increase cooperation volumes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in key account management, preferably in banking or non-bank lending.
• Proven experience in complex relationship and stakeholder management.
• Background in corporate banking, investment banking, or private equity/venture capital.
• Ability to drive and close complex sales cycles.
• Business-level or higher proficiency in English.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Riga office.

Nice to have

• Background in fintech or lending-related industries.
• Experience with adjacent financial or investment-sector tools and workflows.
• Undergraduate degree; MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
