Salary: €27,416–€34,270 + competitive sales incentive plan

What you will do

• Build and develop strong relationships with assigned FMCG clients, including contract negotiations and service expansion.
• Own client performance, including revenue delivery, engagement, and satisfaction.
• Identify growth opportunities and new business in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and manage business plans, pipeline, and financial performance.
• Translate data into actionable insights using hirify.global tools.
• Partner with Customer Success to resolve client needs and deliver recommendations.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in market research, retail, or key accounting.
• Strong understanding of FMCG and retail dynamics.
• Fluent Latvian and strong business English.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights.
• Proactive, organized, and client-focused approach.
