What you will do

• Lead and inspire a regional HR team to ensure high-quality People & Culture support across Eastern Europe.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding.
• Act as a strategic partner to the Regional Management Team regarding organizational design, talent development, and change management.
• Steer annual corporate P&C processes, such as salary reviews and bonus cycles.
• Ensure legal compliance with local labor laws and oversee the accuracy and timeliness of payroll.
• Collaborate with global P&C teams to drive the implementation of global policies and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• University degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
• 7+ years of HR experience, including team leadership within an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and experience working with Eastern European markets.
• Broad expertise across recruitment, compensation, performance, and employee relations.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Must be based in Warsaw.
