What you will do

• Evaluate potential metros and charging sites using GIS, mapping tools, and diverse datasets to define expansion strategy.
• Provide data-backed guidance to real estate teams on site characteristics, search areas, and lease tradeoffs.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, engineering, and operations to align spatial planning with commercial demand.
• Create executive-ready GIS visualizations that distill complex spatial dynamics into simple conclusions.
• Build repeatable tools and automations, leveraging AI, to scale site evaluation and metro planning.
• Develop proxy metrics and reasonable assumptions to solve problems in ambiguous, data-poor environments.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with geospatial data wrangling, querying, analysis, and visualization.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with SQL and Python for analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience with open-source GIS tools, specifically QGIS.
• Strong business judgment to translate analytical insights into cost, risk, and scalability tradeoffs.
• Ability to present complex conclusions with clarity and poise to executive leadership.
