What you will do
- Act as the primary technical contact for 1&1 customers via phone and email.
- Resolve technical problems related to web hosting and server configurations.
- Recommend effective solutions to customer issues to maximize their experience.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve internal procedures.
- Report support-related issues to supervisors and participate in coaching sessions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive service.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP protocols including HTTP, DNS, FTP, SSH, and RDP.
- Knowledge of web hosting software such as IIS and Apache.
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally via phone and email.
- Location: Must be based in Cebu
