What you will do

• Configure explicit fee structures for multiple lines of business on the recordkeeping system.
• Perform quality control reviews, complex billing calculations, and reconciliations for high-complexity clients.
• Analyze significant fee cases and resolve issues via collaboration with systems teams and relationship managers.
• Manage cash processing, accounting entries, and invoice creation for large-scale clients.
• Reconcile suspense and receivable accounts and document aged items in monthly reports.
• Provide training to team members and assist with audit requests and procedural documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Must be available to work overnight hours.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and EASY systems.
• Ability to undergo FINRA fingerprinting and perform registered functions if licensed.
