What you will do

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer transaction issues and execute payments to vendors or partners.
• Manage transaction statements and perform reconciliations of company assets to ensure data integrity.
• Monitor debit card authorizations and settlements while managing disputes and fraud claims.
• Collaborate with Finance and Customer Support teams to resolve operational inquiries.
• Develop, maintain, and improve operational policies and internal controls to align with industry best practices.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and operational work streams with a proactive approach.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in an Operations department within a bank or fintech institution.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in payments, banking, financial reconciliation, or card disputes.
• English: Fluent written and spoken proficiency required.
• Advanced Excel or database skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong interest in technology and cryptocurrencies.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
• Familiarity with Finastra or other Core Banking Platforms.
• Experience with Mastercard Connect or VISA Online.
