What you will do
- Process client requests and solve issues via live chat, phone, and email.
- Escalate technical issues to specialists using Salesforce or Jira.
- Perform hourly verification of client documents within specific regions.
- Prepare and interpret detailed reports and documentation.
- Attend company seminars to master business functions and meet assessment targets.
- Achieve quarterly KPI targets set by the CS manager.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese is required.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Proven troubleshooting and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service orientation.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
