What you will do

• Lead the design and productionization of ML models for personalized navigational experiences, search, and recommendations.
• Manage end-to-end ML projects from scoping and data collection to training, deployment, and online experimentation.
• Support product initiatives for category and brand recommendations to promote high-quality livestreams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement scalable ML solutions in production.
• Drive technical excellence and establish ML best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• 4+ years of generalist software development experience in high-growth startups.
• 4+ years of industry experience building and deploying ML models to solve user problems at scale.
• Practical experience in search, recommendations, content understanding, NLP, and LLMs.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and common ML frameworks.
• Must be based in the US and live within commuting distance of the specified hubs.
