Salary: $170,000 – $230,000

What you will do

• Develop new user-facing experiences and scale internal infrastructure for the Customer Experience team.
• Design and implement intelligent AI-powered automations to resolve thousands of customer issues per hour.
• Lead technical solutions end-to-end, translating ambiguous business needs into clear delivery plans.
• Drive experimentation and problem-solving to balance development speed with technical excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience, specifically within high-growth startups.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven track record of building end-to-end product experiences and scaling high-traffic backend systems.
• Must be located within commuting distance of San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles, or New York hubs.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Python, Elixir, and/or Postgres.
