Salary: €140K – €200K + Equity

What you will do

• Translate product strategy into actionable programs and roadmaps in partnership with PMs.
• Build and maintain operational frameworks, tools, and dashboards to enable product scaling.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from planning and prioritization to launch and iteration.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data, and CX to ensure alignment.
• Monitor product health metrics and recommend operational optimizations.
• Manage the product tooling stack and lead product launches and rollout strategies.

Requirements

• 5-6+ years of experience in consulting or a fast-growing startup.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven ability to drive change and influence stakeholders in unstructured environments.
• Strong data-driven problem-solving skills and process improvement expertise.
• Must be based within commuting distance of Dublin, Ireland.

Nice to have

• Experience with two-sided marketplaces.
• MBA degree.
• Proficiency in SQL and dashboarding tools.
• Expertise in Payments or Product Discovery.
