What you will do

• Lead the development of a greenfield cloud product for the SAP Integration Suite.
• Own the full software development lifecycle from design to delivery.
• Drive technical architecture and key engineering decisions.
• Implement and promote the use of AI-powered development tools such as Copilot, Claude Code, and Cursor.
• Ensure high code quality, testing standards, and best practices.
• Mentor engineers and serve as the technical lead for the team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in a lead or senior role.
• Strong proficiency in Java.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and scalable API systems.
• Hard requirement: Experience and mindset for working with AI coding tools.
• Must be based in Vienna.

Nice to have

• Experience with C#/.NET.
