What you will do

• Manage customer projects for wallet-based digital credential solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the integration lifecycle.
• Analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and drive resolution with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Create technical documentation and conduct customer workshops.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT.
• 2-5 years of experience in customer application support, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
• Strong understanding of backend integrations, APIs, mobile applications, and cloud services.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.

• Knowledge of NFC technology.
