What you will do

• Review suspicious behavior and conduct transaction-level investigations to protect users and prevent financial losses.
• Meet interdepartmental SLAs while ensuring high-quality work products.
• Identify and present trends to strengthen risk mitigation strategies.
• Provide inbound email and chat-based customer service for high-sensitivity Trust & Risk cases.
• Collaborate with other departments to research and resolve open questions.
• Utilize key metrics and data to make informed operational decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Graduating in Dec 2025 or by Summer 2026) in any field or equivalent practical experience.
• Must live within commuting distance of the Phoenix, AZ hub.
• Weekend availability required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and compassionately.
• Customer-first attitude and a desire to solve problems with ownership.
• Ability to multitask and learn new systems quickly.

Nice to have

• Internship or part-time experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or support.
• Exposure to support tools such as Zendesk or Intercom.
