What you will do

• Manage end-to-end localization projects for product, marketing, and support content.
• Own operational workflows within the TMS, including project setup, tracking, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities, timelines, and requirements.
• Coordinate localization readiness and identify risks for international launches.
• Triage localization bugs and feedback, coordinating fixes with vendors and internal teams.
• Enhance processes, documentation, and linguistic assets to support company scaling.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience managing localization or content operations projects.
• Hands-on experience with TMS platforms such as Smartling, Phrase, or similar tools.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple simultaneous workstreams.
• Professional working proficiency in at least one additional language beyond English.
• Experience working in a tech, marketplace, or high-growth environment.
• Must reside within commuting distance of New York City, San Francisco, or Los Angeles hubs.
