What you will do

• Execute social media strategy and manage content calendars for France and Benelux across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Lead the launch and growth of the Instagram channel in the French market.
• Produce high-quality short-form video content and collaborate with internal teams for asset briefing.
• Identify and uncover authentic hospitality stories from clients to create engaging content.
• Act as the regional brand gatekeeper to ensure all organic social posts meet premium quality standards.
• Monitor performance using Hootsuite and Meta Business Suite to provide actionable growth recommendations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of social media management experience, preferably in SaaS, tech, or hospitality.
• Proven track record of managing LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube content calendars end-to-end.
• Native-level French and high proficiency in English.
• Proficiency with social media analytics tools (Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite) and workflow tools (Monday.com, Jira).
• Ability to produce and edit native short-form video content.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling social media channels in new markets.
• Experience with influencer or creator collaborations.
• Knowledge of Spanish or Dutch.
• Affinity with the hospitality sector.
