What you will do
- Drive retail user acquisition through partnerships with KOLs, influencers, and affiliate networks.
- Build scalable cooperation models including rebate programs, copy-trading integrations, and API trader activation.
- Identify high-potential retail markets and execute end-to-end outreach and partner management.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to support localized campaigns and product launches.
- Analyze market trends and retail user behavior to refine acquisition strategies.
- Develop and maintain BD playbooks to standardize retail growth across regions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Business Development within a crypto exchange, trading platform, or Web3 product.
- Strong understanding of retail user behavior and growth funnels in the crypto ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience building growth funnels from 0 to 1.
- Solid knowledge of crypto-native channels including KOLs, communities, and affiliate programs.
- English fluency is required.
- Crypto-native mindset with a deep understanding of industry trends and user psychology.
