What you will do

  • Drive retail user acquisition through partnerships with KOLs, influencers, and affiliate networks.
  • Build scalable cooperation models including rebate programs, copy-trading integrations, and API trader activation.
  • Identify high-potential retail markets and execute end-to-end outreach and partner management.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to support localized campaigns and product launches.
  • Analyze market trends and retail user behavior to refine acquisition strategies.
  • Develop and maintain BD playbooks to standardize retail growth across regions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Business Development within a crypto exchange, trading platform, or Web3 product.
  • Strong understanding of retail user behavior and growth funnels in the crypto ecosystem.
  • Hands-on experience building growth funnels from 0 to 1.
  • Solid knowledge of crypto-native channels including KOLs, communities, and affiliate programs.
  • English fluency is required.
  • Crypto-native mindset with a deep understanding of industry trends and user psychology.
