What you will do

• Lead technical verification of potential applications, assessing cycle time, payload, and integration risks.
• Develop and validate applications using UR & MiR technology through simulations and feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with sales teams and partners to identify automation potential and generate qualified opportunities.
• Build proofs of concept, demonstrations, and deliver training programs for partners and integrators.
• Manage CRM transparency using Salesforce to document validation statuses and customer interactions.
• Work with regional and HQ teams to optimize installations and prepare case studies for marketing.

Requirements

• Higher education in automation, robotics, mechatronics, electronics, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in application engineering, industrial automation, or technical sales support.
• Hands-on knowledge of hirify.global (UR) and/or Mobile Industrial Robots (MiR) systems.
• English and German language proficiency required.
• Must be based in Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany; no relocation or visa sponsorship provided.
• Readiness for approximately 50% travel.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating robots with PLC systems.
• Familiarity with simulation tools such as RoboDK or Visual Components.
• Experience in F&B, automotive, pharmaceutical, or logistics sectors.
• Knowledge of additional EMEA languages.
