Salary: $147,552 - $200,000

What you will do
- Build and develop a high-performing remote IT team through coaching and accountability.
- Strategize and execute internal automations using Okta Workflows, Workato, or n8n to reduce manual tasks.
- Own the Zendesk environment, defining IT SLAs and CSAT, and implementing a formal project intake process.
- Design and enforce a standardized Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) framework aligned with organizational structure.
- Translate high-level security policies into technical controls using Netskope, Jamf, and Okta for SOC 2, HIPAA, and HITRUST audits.
- Partner with InfoSec, HR, Legal, and Finance to ensure IT workflows support business outcomes.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA (excluding AK, AR, DE, HI, ME, MS, NM, OK, SD, VT, WI).
- 5+ years of experience leading IT Service Desk or Service Delivery teams in a remote-first environment.
- Advanced experience building complex, multi-app workflows in Okta Workflows or similar iPaaS platforms.
- Expert-level knowledge of Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf, and Zendesk.
- Strong understanding of RBAC methodologies and experience supporting enterprise security audits (SOC 2, HIPAA).
- Ability to translate technical blockers into clear business risks and project timelines.
