Salary: $130,000 – $170,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Design, build, and scale production-grade APIs using Go.
• Integrate and work with agentic AI development tools such as Claude Code and CoPilot.
• Implement and optimize process orchestration using Temporal and Airflow.
• Ensure API resiliency and observability through rigorous monitoring, tracing, and alerting.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Product, and Engineering teams to translate requirements into architectural designs.
• Contribute to team-wide best practices across API design, security, and service reliability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in backend or web application development.
• Strong programming skills in Go; experience with Python or JavaScript is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and Snowflake.
• Ability to drive technical work from design through implementation and monitoring.
• Must be based in or able to work from Los Angeles, St. Petersburg, Boulder, or New York City.

Nice to have

• Experience in Ad Tech, particularly in planning, audience measurement, or viewership data.
