What you will do

• Manage day-to-day property tax operations, including analyzing escrow sufficiency and executing batch payments.
• Oversee third-party tax vendors to ensure timely disbursements and accurate processing of refunds.
• Resolve delinquent taxes within the loan portfolio and handle escalations with vendors.
• Maintain compliance with state, regulatory, and investor guidelines through rigorous control report reviews.
• Communicate directly with homeowners and tax authorities via phone and email to resolve tax-related issues.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA to accommodate required in-person meetings and US-specific benefits.
• 2+ years of experience in mortgage servicing within an escrow function or with a tax service provider.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae servicing.
• Strong critical thinking and logical reasoning abilities.
