What you will do

• Coordinate with outsource vendors to clear lien release exceptions within state-specific timelines.
• Handle chattel lien releases and manage daily exception reports.
• Prepare missing assignments and manage incoming Power of Attorneys (POAs) for accuracy.
• Manage the vendor's signing matrix.
• Assist internal and external customers with lien release-related inquiries.

Requirements

• Strong background in loan servicing or mortgage operations.
• Expertise in navigating complex loan transactions and ensuring compliance with Lien Release regulations.
• Proven ability to solve unique and complex loan scenarios creatively.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with legal, customer service, and loan origination teams.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Phoenix.
