What you will do

• Execute daily and monthly reporting for investors within SLA timelines.
• Perform reconciliation and root cause analysis for data rejects between the servicing platform and investor values.
• Manage the remittance of funds to investors and clients.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to implement new features and system improvements.
• Scope and analyze changes from GSEs to determine operational and system impacts.
• Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and research.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of GNMA investor reporting experience.
• Finance or accounting degree or 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in analyzing large data sets using Excel.
• Must be available for regularly held in-person meetings.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL.
• Experience with FHA, VA, or RHS.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
