What you will do

  • Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports to investors including Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and Ginnie Mae.
  • Perform reconciliations of investor accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Conduct root cause identification and remediation for custodial account variances.
  • Ensure compliance with investor guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve operational efficiency.
  • Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in investor accounting or MSR billing within the mortgage servicing industry.
  • Hands-on experience with Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and Ginnie Mae loan portfolios.
  • Finance or accounting degree, or 2-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Must be available to collaborate and communicate in held in-person and virtual meetings.
