What you will do

• Build and maintain management reporting (P&L, cash flow, financial dashboards).
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support decision-making through financial modeling and ad-hoc analysis.
• Ensure accurate tracking and reconciliation of transactions.
• Collaborate with external accountants: data preparation, timelines, follow-ups.
• Partner with business teams to provide insights on performance, unit economics, and growth drivers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, management accounting, or similar roles.
• Relevant education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience with financial services, payments, or crypto is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of management reporting (P&L, cash flow, unit economics).
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (financial modeling, data analysis).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
