Location: Hybrid in Brooklyn, New York (4 days in-office, 1 day remote)

Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 + Commission

What you will do

  • Identify, qualify, and close new customer accounts to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies and account plans for key clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers in the creative and marketing sectors.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and negotiate complex contracts in collaboration with legal teams.
  • Partner with Music, Product, and Marketing teams to refine value propositions based on market trends.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience selling campaign or program-based services to Creative, Content, or Marketing departments.
  • Proven network of contacts within the US Advertising, Sports, Digital Publishing, or Media landscapes.
  • Strong track record of closing deals and achieving revenue goals.
  • Passionate about music trends and independent music distribution.
  • Self-directed entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on business growth.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Music Industry, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software like Hubspot or Salesforce.
  • Deep experience specifically selling music to creative teams.
