What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and empower a team of 8–10 Field Account Executives and Managers to hit growth targets.
  • Design and refine regional sales strategies to drive partner acquisition, upsell, and retention.
  • Travel ~30% of the time to support major deals, build real-world relationships, and model effective sales tactics.
  • Monitor team pipeline and performance using Salesforce and Salesloft to identify actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to manage budgets and ensure ROI-driven decisions.
  • Build expertise in the regional fitness and wellness landscape to unlock market potential.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the Central Time Zone (or nearby) near a major metro airport.
  • 3–5 years of people leadership experience in SMB/Mid-Market sales (SaaS background preferred).
  • 2+ years of successful individual contributor experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Suite.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time to support field operations.
  • Demonstrated success in building and executing team-wide sales plans.
