What you will do

  • Use Salesforce and Salesloft data to monitor team performance and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine sales tactics and elevate the partner experience.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in a people leadership role within SMB or Mid-Market sales.
  • 2+ years as a top-performing individual contributor in B2B sales.
  • Must be based in the Central Time Zone near a major metro airport.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time within the region.
  • Fluency in Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Suite.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales planning and team talent development.
