What you will do

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project.
• Define Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), activities, dependencies, and milestones.
• Monitor schedule progress, identify critical path impacts, and perform variance analysis on cost and performance.
• Track resource usage and project KPIs against approved baselines.
• Communicate risks, issues, and trends to Project Managers and stakeholders.
• Ensure project controls follow company standards and support project audits.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience working within a project management environment.
• Proficiency in scheduling tools such as MS Project or Project Web App.
• Ability to work in the UK without restrictions in accordance with National Law.
• Ability to successfully undertake UK National Security Vetting.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with reporting dashboards.
• Proven experience in project scheduling and project controls.
