What you will do

• Receive and book in customer returned units, identifying the correct reason for return.
• Ensure the efficient movement of repairs to the correct internal business areas.
• Liaise with the Repairs team to resolve queries in a timely manner.
• Accurately input data into the ERP system.
• Undertake data collection projects on request of the Customer Repairs Account Manager.
• Review and suggest improvements to existing processes and update them as necessary.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in the UK without restrictions in accordance with National Law.
• Prepared to successfully undertake UK National Security Vetting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent core IT skills.
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and a positive "can do" attitude.
• Ability to use own initiative and make timely decisions within the scope of the role.
