Location: Must be based in the UK and able to work from the Milton Park office at least 3 days per week

What you will do
- Lead strategic pricing for B2B and B2C Open Access products, including annual updates and new propositions.
- Own the implementation of pricing strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives and operational excellence.
- Define and automate the tracking of key Open Access volume, yield, and price metrics for data-driven decisions.
- Develop and deploy advanced AI algorithms and machine learning tools to optimize pricing and predict market trends.
- Manage stakeholders at all levels to drive organizational change and strategic alignment.
- Oversee the Pricing Analytics Manager via a dotted line relationship.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Strong strategic pricing background from a niche consultancy or in-house strategic pricing team.
- Advanced analytical skills in SQL, Python, and R, combined with proficiency in Tableau or Power BI.
- Proven bias towards using AI technologies and automation tools to streamline pricing processes.
- Right to live and work in the UK is mandatory.
- Must be within commutable distance of Milton Park for 3+ days per week office attendance.

- Experience within the Open Access pricing function of an Academic Publisher.
