What you will do

• Redesign and improve customer-facing landing pages, including the homepage and marketing pages.
• Analyze existing pages to identify and implement UX/UI improvements for better visual quality and usability.
• Create high-quality, conversion-focused designs to drive user registration and engagement.
• Expand the existing design system by introducing new components for specific marketing use cases.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and brand teams to ensure design consistency and technical feasibility.
• Validate design decisions based on business goals and user experience best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio focused on landing pages.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, user behavior, and usability best practices.
• Hands-on experience with design systems and building scalable, reusable UI components.
• Proficiency with design tools, specifically Figma.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required for communication in an international team.
• Must be located in or able to work from Wroclaw, Poland.
