hirify.global is building a social network and messaging platform for football/soccer and operates a curated marketplace for fan travel experiences.

What you will do

• Lead the UI/UX design for a new football social network and messaging platform.
• Maintain and optimize the existing ecommerce marketplace (hirify.globalsport.com).
• Design a Mini Program marketplace embedded within the mobile application.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO, developers, and other designers to articulate the product vision.
• Create sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity comps, and prototypes using modern design tools.
• Build and lead a design team, ensuring high standards and a cohesive design aesthetic.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of startup experience focusing on unified UI/UX design for web and mobile.
• Must be based in or able to work from Santa Monica, CA.
• Deep expertise in commerce design and mobile application interfaces.
• Strong product management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and rapid change in an early-stage environment.
• Proven portfolio demonstrating interaction design, visual design, and branding.

Nice to have

• Coding skills.
• Experience in fintech or crypto.
