What you will do

• Own and evolve the structure and governance of the ARC-related product landscape.
• Lead the documentation and continuous evolution of the ARC framework.
• Act as the primary bridge between Sales and Product to ensure clear communication and ownership paths for ARC offerings.
• Support ARC leaders in managing scope, priorities, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Maintain accurate product-to-ARC mappings and ensure company-wide alignment.
• Efficiently route customer needs regarding alarm handling and SOS flows to the correct product organizations.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager within complex, operational, or safety-critical product environments.
• Proven ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or evolving domains.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with technical teams and commercial stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of interconnected product ecosystems, integrations, and cross-team dependencies.
• Must be eligible to work in Sweden.
